本文以经NaAc处理的滤纸为基质,建立了测定痕量硫代尿嘧啶的纸基质室温磷光法。研究发现硫代尿嘧啶适宜在碱性条件下产生磷光发射,重原子对它的微扰作用很不显著。而经NaAc浸泡过的滤纸上获得的磷光信号较其它无机盐处理的滤纸显著增强。本文对影响室温磷光(RTP)发射的多种因素进行了研究,在选定的适宜条件下,其它如胞嘧啶、尿嘧啶、5-碘尿嘧啶等均不产生RTP发射。实验表明,硫代尿嘧啶的线性范围为5×10~(-6)~5×10~(-4)mol/L,绝对检出限为0.26ng/斑点。
In this paper, the NaAc-treated filter paper was used as substrate to establish a paper-based room temperature phosphorescence method for the determination of trace thiouracil. Thiouracil was found to be suitable for phosphorescent emission under alkaline conditions, and heavy atoms were not significantly perturbed by it. The phosphorescent signal obtained on NaAc-soaked filter paper is significantly higher than that of other inorganic salt-treated filter paper. In this paper, a variety of factors that affect the emission of room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) were studied. Under appropriate conditions, other RTP emissions such as cytosine, uracil, 5-iodouracil and so on were not generated. The experimental results showed that the linear range of thiouracil was 5 × 10 -6 ~ 5 × 10 -4 mol / L and the absolute detection limit was 0.26 ng / spot.
