高职护理教育在众多的普通高校中占据着相当重要的位置,培养的护理专业人才毕业后直接输送到全省各大小医院进行护理工作。护理工作直接面对各类患者,培养护理人员和患者沟通能力是高职护理教育中的主要教学任务。本文浅谈了高职护理教学的现状及问题,就如何在教学中培养护患沟通能力,搞好护患之间的关系,进行了粗略的分析仅供参考。
Higher vocational nursing education occupies a very important position in a large number of ordinary colleges and universities, nursing professionals trained after graduation directly transported to the province’s hospitals for nursing. Nursing work directly facing all kinds of patients, training nursing staff and patient communication ability is the main teaching task in higher vocational nursing education. This article discusses the status quo and problems of nursing teaching in higher vocational education, how to cultivate the communication skills between nurses and patients and how to improve the relationship between nurses and patients in teaching, and gives a rough analysis for reference only.
