基于标杆管理理论在企业管理中的成功经验,针对科研机构的特殊性,在其人才培养与管理方面引进标杆管理方法。本人介绍了标杆管理理论的基本概念,并针对科研机构中人才培养工作提出了标杆管理应遵循的原则和实施步骤。
Based on the successful experience of Benchmarking Theory in business management and targeting at the particularity of scientific research institutions, benchmarking management is introduced in terms of personnel training and management. I introduced the basic concepts of benchmarking management theory, and put forward the principles and implementation steps for benchmarking management for personnel training in research institutions.
