有些文章为了说明秘书有水平、有前途,主要列举的证据是:秘书被提拔为领导干部的多。笔者认为这是一种基于“官本位”观念的误导。 不错,秘书成为领导干部的比例,是大于其他一些行业。但这只能表明由于秘书职业的特殊性,便于从中选拔领导干部,而不能以此作为“秘书有前途”的依据。原因有二:
