目前江苏省仪征市体闲农业正处于加速发展阶段,休闲农业园区多元化发展格局已初步形成,休闲农业已成为该地发展前景良好的新兴产业之一.笔者从仪征市休闲农业产业化发展现状入手,分析了仪征休闲农业产业化发展的特点、优势与劣势,以及传统农业产业化组织形式存在的弊端,提出了仪征休闲农业产业化发展的组织创新方向和内容.
