受经济动机的驱动,高职教育中对学生人文素养的忽视造成了“非完整的人”。高职教育应追求以人文素养为核心的“成人”教育。通识教育对高职教育中人文素养的提升有着重要的意义。通识教育视角下人文素养提升的路径有:建立有效的通识教育管理机构;建立科学的通识教育课程体系;加强专业教育中通识教育的渗透;发挥校园文化的导向功能。
Driven by economic motivation, the neglect of humanistic accomplishment in higher vocational education has resulted in “non-integral person ”. Higher Vocational Education Should Pursue “Adult Education” Focusing on Humanistic Quality. General education is of great significance to the improvement of humanistic quality in higher vocational education. The path of promoting humanistic accomplishment from the perspective of general education includes establishing an effective general education management institution, establishing a scientific general education curriculum system, strengthening the penetration of general education in professional education and giving play to the guiding function of campus culture.
