测量不确定度是对测量结果质量的定量表征,测量结果的可用性很大程度上取决于其不确定度的大小。量块作为仪器校准和调整机床的高精度重要量具,其测量不确定度的评定显得尤为重要,然而作为质检专业的学生,对量块中心长度的测量不确定度评定没有系统的认识。就此问题,本文详细阐述了立式接触式干涉仪检定四等量块中心长度测量结果的不确定度评定。
Uncertainty of measurement is the quantitative characterization of the quality of measurement results. The availability of measurement results depends largely on the magnitude of its uncertainty. It is very important for the measuring block to calibrate and adjust the measuring tool with high accuracy. However, as a student majoring in quality control, there is no systematic understanding of the measuring uncertainty of measuring center length. In this regard, this article describes in detail the evaluation of the uncertainty of the measurement of the center length of a quadrupole block by a vertical contact interferometer.
