燃烧控制是实现均热炉群优化控制的基础 ,而燃烧控制的核心是空燃比控制。但煤气热值波动、换热器漏风等现象均会影响空燃比的准确性。笔者从理论上分析了影响空燃比的诸多因素 ,并根据各影响因素的特点 ,综合运用专家系统等方面的知识 ,开发和建立了宝钢初轧厂均热炉群最佳空燃比寻优控制系统。
Combustion control is the basis of optimal control of soaking furnace group, and the core of combustion control is air-fuel ratio control. However, fluctuations in gas calorific value and air leakage in the heat exchanger all affect the accuracy of the air-fuel ratio. Based on the analysis of many factors that affect the air-fuel ratio, the author develops and sets up the optimum air-fuel ratio optimal control system of the soaking furnace group in Baosteel’s bloom-rolling plant according to the characteristics of each influencing factor and the comprehensive application of expert system. .
