目的 探索曼氏血吸虫吡喹酮抗性的遗传性状和传播规律。方法 以 W1特异性序列为引物 ,采用直接 PCR技术鉴别出单性克隆尾蚴的性别 ;用曼氏血吸虫吡喹酮抗性株和敏感株单性尾蚴感染远交系 CD1 鼠 ,进行血吸虫抗性株与敏感株的杂交实验 ;采用体外虫卵、毛蚴和尾蚴吡喹酮敏感性检测法 ,评价 F1 和 F2 代虫体吡喹酮抗性水平。结果 吡喹酮抗性株和敏感株杂交 F1 和 F2代均表现出抗性株特征。结论 曼氏血吸虫吡喹酮抗性性状可能系显性遗传
Objective To explore the genetic traits and propagation of praziquantel resistance of Schistosoma mansoni. Methods The specificity of W1 was used as the primer to identify the sex of the clonogenic mice by direct PCR. The outbred CD1 mice were infected with praziquantel resistant strains of Schistosoma mansoni and sensitive cercariae, The hybridization experiments with sensitive strains were carried out. The praziquantel resistance levels of F1 and F2 were evaluated by detecting the eggs, miracidia and praziquantel sensitivity in vitro. Results The F1 and F2 generations of praziquantel resistant and susceptible lines all showed resistance characteristics. Conclusion The resistance of schistosoma mansoni to praziquantel may be dominant
