东方风来满眼春。面对进一步深化改革的滚滚春潮,档案工作如何迎接挑战,把握机遇,开拓前进,是档案界面临的重大课题。李鹏同志在七届人大五次会议《政府工作报告》中指出:“企业改革是今年经济体制改革的重点。所有国营大中型企业都要在转换和完善经营机制上下硬功夫。”很显然,企业改革的这一重大动作,必然会给企业档案工作带来连锁反应。上海市轻工业局的各级领导和档案工作者,在新的形势面前头脑清醒,反应敏锐,积极研讨,顺应改革,给我们带了个好头。本期“档案圆桌”专栏特选发该局于不久前召开的一次座谈会择要。其中与会者所谈的各种看法,对帮助档案界启发思路、调整观念不无裨益。
Oriental style eyes full of spring. Facing the spring tide of further deepening the reform, how to meet the challenges of archival work, grasp the opportunities and make progress is a major issue facing the archival sector. Comrade Li Peng pointed out in the “Report on the Work of the Government” of the Seventh National People’s Congress: “Enterprise reform is the focus of this year’s economic structural reform. All large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises must make efforts to transform and perfect the operating mechanism.” Obviously, This major move of reform will inevitably bring a chain reaction to the enterprise archives work. Leaders and archivists at all levels of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Light Industry have given us a good head start with a clear-headed, responsive and active discussion in the new situation. The current “Archives Roundtable” column selected the recent meeting of the Bureau to hold a symposium. The opinions expressed by the participants among them all help to inspire the archives sector and adjust their concepts.
