1 前言“红桔专用保鲜防腐剂”能使成熟中期采收的红桔贮藏2—2.5个月不枯水,而且好果率高。这是红桔贮藏技术上的一大进步。但它在晚采红桔上的应用效果降低。现有红桔是不可能在成熟中期(11月中旬)采收完毕的,如遇雨天更是如此。由于晚采(11月下旬至12月上旬)的红桔品质更佳,但却更不耐贮运,所以很有必要对晚采红桔的保鲜技术加以研究。此外,红桔专用保鲜剂中含有抑霉唑(国内未批量生产),依靠进口,价格很贵;所以红桔
