目的对管内动车组车体(CRH2)车厢内公共设施及用品旅客常接触部位微生物污染状况调查分析,及时指导铁路客运部门对列车上公用部位的消毒、保洁工作,预防和控制疾病传播。方法 2014年7-8月间,在宝鸡南站抽取动车组列车15对,采集车厢不同部位共360份样品,并检测以下指标:细菌菌落总数、大肠菌群、真菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和溶血性链球菌。结果动车组列车公共设施及公共用品细菌菌落总数平均值为(2 823±246)cfu/25cm2;大肠菌群检出率21.4%;真菌检出率9.7%;金黄色葡萄球菌检出率5.0%;溶血性链球菌检出率1.4%。其中厕所内扶手细菌菌落总数较高,大肠菌群检出率较高;公共刊物最少。结论动车组列车公共设施及公共用品微生物污染严重并存在有致病性微生物,是一种潜在的疾病传播媒介,应引起铁路部门的重视。
Objective To investigate and analyze the status of microbial contamination in public contact facilities of passenger car body (CRH2) in passenger car and supplies, and to promptly guide the railway passenger transport department to disinfect and clean the public parts of the train and to prevent and control the spread of disease. Methods From July to August 2014, 15 pairs of EMU trains were collected from Baoji South Station. A total of 360 samples from different parts of the carriage were collected and the following indexes were tested: the total number of bacterial colonies, coliform bacteria, fungi, Staphylococcus aureus and hemolysis Streptococcus. Results The average number of bacterial colonies in public facilities and public articles of EMU trains was (2 823 ± 246) cfu / 25cm2, that of coliform bacteria was 21.4%, that of fungi was 9.7%, that of Staphylococcus aureus was 5.0% ; Hemolytic streptococcus detection rate of 1.4%. Among them, the total number of bacterial colonies in handrails in toilets is high, the detection rate of coliform bacteria is higher, and the public publications are the least. Conclusion EMU trains public facilities and public goods have serious microbial contamination and exist pathogenic microorganisms, which is a potential disease transmission medium, which should be taken seriously by railway departments.
