The results showed that more than 93.2% of the respondents were under pressure , Mainly as anxiety, depression, coercion and other conditions, while the main source of stress is the work pressure. The occupational stress of journalists refers to the state of mind and the corresponding behavior caused by factors such as the news media activities they are engaged in and the events or the environment related to their living conditions. At present, media workers have the pressure of work, economy, interpersonal and self-psychological pressure and excessive psychological pressure, which inevitably lead to persistent anxiety and occupational burnout. In the long run, this will inevitably hurt the normal mechanism of the news media and the general public’s right to information and supervision right. To effectively alleviate the pressure on media workers, we must speed up the pace of press legislation. The media also need to adjust various management mechanisms and create a good media support system. It is also essential for individuals to maintain a healthy attitude.
