五六十年代,在七十万平方公里的龙江黑土地上,形成了三大可贵精神,这就是大庆精神、铁人精神和北大荒精神。这“三大精神”是黑龙江人民精神风貌的集中体现,是我省人民在开发和建设龙江四十多年历史进程中形成和发展起来的,它已成为龙江3600万人民群众的精神支柱和宝贵的精神食粮。 一、提高对“三大精神”的再认识 三大精神内涵十分丰富,基本可以概括为:立足本职、为国争光的爱国敬业精神;解放思想、敢闯敢试的开拓进取精神;尊重科学、讲求实际的实事求是精神;不怕困难、拼搏实干的艰苦创业精神;胸怀全局、兴国富民的顾全大局精神;不图名利、忘我工作的无私奉献精神。 1.立足本职,为国争光的爱国敬业精神,集中体现在大庆人为甩掉我国石油落后的帽子,克服各种艰难险阻,夺取石油会战的胜利,而后又创造了连续20年稳产5000万吨原油的奇迹;集中体现在北大荒人艰苦创业,把北大荒建成“北大仓”进而又在龙江这片黑土地上建成了商品粮基地、石油基地、木材基地、煤炭基地和机械工业基地,为国家的建设和发展做出了巨大贡献。 2.解放思想、敢闯敢试的开拓进取精神,不仅体现在大庆石油会战、北大荒和大小兴安岭开发创业阶段,更体现在改革开放以来新的实践中。十一届三中全会以来,围绕改革开放,加快发展,我
