安徽省自1978年后经济发展迅速,食物资源快速增长。1990年人均占有粮食445.2公斤,消费量227.52公斤,动物性食物消费量24.18公斤。按食品费支出全省平均属温饱型生活。同期全省城乡居民人均每天摄取热量2448千卡,蛋白质69.2克,分别比1978年增加7.9%和7.6%。凤阳、利辛、庐江、歙县四县农户人均收入与热量及蛋白质摄取量占RDA的比值,随经济收入的增加而升高。收入>600元者明显提高。作者提出九十年代是向小康生活过渡的最有利时机,应把合理营养作为小康生活要求,制订营养政策,调整食物消费结构,发展食物生产,以实现小康战略目标。
Since 1978, Anhui Province has enjoyed rapid economic growth and rapid growth of food resources. In 1990, per capita possession of 445.2 kilograms of food, consumption of 227.52 kilograms, 24.18 kilograms of animal food consumption. Expenditures on food by the province is average food and clothing-based life. In the same period, the per capita intake of urban and rural residents in the province was 2,448 kcal per day, with a protein content of 69.2 grams, an increase of 7.9% and 7.6% over 1978 respectively. The ratio of per capita income, calorie and protein intake of farmers in Fengyang, Lixin, Lujiang and Pixian counties to RDA increased with the increase of economic income. Income> 600 yuan significantly improved. The author puts forward that the nineties is the most favorable opportunity for the transition to a well-to-do society. We should regard reasonable nutrition as a requirement for well-to-do life, formulate nutritional policies, adjust the structure of food consumption and develop food production so as to achieve the well-off strategic goal.
