为探讨衰老对空间记忆能力的影响 ,选用健康雄性 SD大鼠 ,青年组 ( 3月龄 ) 2 0只 ,老年组 ( 2 6月龄 ) 40只 ,进行 Morris水迷宫行为学测定。将大于青年鼠平均逃避潜伏期加 2倍标准差的老年鼠定为老年性记忆减退组 (简称减退组 ) ,将小于青年鼠平均逃避潜伏期加 1倍标准差者定为老年记忆正常组 (简称正常组 )。Morris水迷宫空间探索实验的 12 0 s以 2 0 s为单位分为 6个时间段。各时间段中青年组和正常组的平台象限游泳路程占总路程的百分比均高于其它象限。减退组 6个时间段的游泳路程数值随机变化 ,平台象限游泳路程百分比与其它象限无明显差异。受试大鼠平台象限路程百分比均随时间改变出现明显的波动性变化。青年组数值起伏变化较大 ,波动的峰值随着时间推移逐渐增高。波动最低值逐渐降低 ,波动幅度逐渐增大。在 40 s、80 s和 12 0 s分别出现峰值。正常组波动幅度明显减少 ,曲线上升缓慢 ,80 s时达到峰值 ,以后又趋下降。减退组平台象限游泳路程百分比明显下降 ,40 s和 80 s分别出现峰值。提示减退组和正常组的空间记忆能力和搜索策略有明显差异
To investigate the effect of aging on spatial memory, twenty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were used in this study. Twenty (3 months old) and 40 elderly adults (aged 26 months) were selected to conduct Morris water maze test. Elderly rats larger than the average escape latency plus 2 times the standard deviation of young rats were defined as senile memory loss group (referred to as hypogonadal group), and those who were less than the average escape latency of young mice plus 1 times the standard deviation were defined as normal memory group group). The Morris water maze space exploration experiment was performed on 12 0 s in 20 s intervals for 6 time periods. The quadrant swimming distance of youth group and normal group in each time period accounted for a higher percentage of total distance than other quadrants. There was a random change of the swimming distance in six time periods in the diminished group, and the percentage of swimming distance in the quadrant of the platform was not significantly different from other quadrants. The percentage changes of the platform quadrant of the rats in the experiment showed obvious fluctuation with time. In the youth group, the ups and downs of the value fluctuated greatly, and the peak value of the fluctuation increased gradually with the passage of time. The lowest volatility gradually decreased, the volatility gradually increased. Peaks occurred at 40 s, 80 s and 120 s respectively. The amplitude of fluctuation in normal group decreased obviously, the curve increased slowly, peaked at 80 s and then decreased again. The percentage of quadrant swim route decreased significantly in the descending group, and peak appeared at 40 s and 80 s respectively. Suggesting that there is a significant difference in spatial memory ability and search strategy between the subdued group and the normal group
