随着时代的发展与进步,80后语文教师已经逐渐成为了我国中学语文教学的中坚力量。80后初中语文教学的教学质量直接影响着我国当代中学生的文学素养、语言表达能力以及道德认知等多个方面。因此,研究80后中学语文教师教学的特点,努力提高初中语文的教学水平是十分必要的。本文就将对80后初中语文教师的教学特点及其在教学中存在的问题等进行研究分析,并探讨如何有效的提高80后初中语文教师的教学水平。
With the development and progress of the times, Chinese teachers have gradually become the backbone of Chinese language teaching in Chinese middle schools. The teaching quality of Chinese teaching in junior high school after 80s has a direct impact on the literacy, language expression ability, and moral cognition of contemporary Chinese middle school students. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the teaching characteristics of middle school Chinese teachers after 80s and make efforts to improve the teaching level of junior high school Chinese. This article will study and analyze the teaching characteristics of junior high school teachers after 80s and their problems in teaching, and explore how to effectively improve the teaching level of junior high school teachers after 80s.
