近期,德国、捷克和美国部分地区发生禽流感疫情,格鲁吉亚发生非洲猪瘟疫情。为防止禽流感、非洲猪瘟疫情传人我国,保护畜牧业安全和公共卫生安全,依据《中华人民共和国进出境动植物检疫法》、《中华人民共和国动物防疫法》等有关法律法规,农业部会同国家质检总局发布公告,禁止从德国、捷克和美国弗吉尼亚州直接或间接输入禽类及其产品,禁止从格鲁吉亚直接或间接输入猪、野猪及其产品。
Recently, bird flu epidemics have occurred in parts of Germany, the Czech Republic and the United States, and African swine fever has been reported in Georgia. In order to prevent the spread of bird flu and African swine fever outbreaks in China, and protect the safety of animal husbandry and public health, the relevant laws and regulations of the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Entry and Exit Animal and Plant Quarantine” and the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Animal Epidemic Prevention” and other related laws and regulations are shared by the Ministry of Agriculture. The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China issued an announcement prohibiting direct or indirect import of poultry and its products from Germany, the Czech Republic and the United States of Virginia, and prohibiting the direct or indirect import of pigs, wild boars and their products from Georgia.
