2010年以来,玉林市检察院认真贯彻落实科学发展观,提炼升华和全力践行“公正、规范、创新、卓越”的玉林检察核心理念,把强化领导班子建设作为深入开展“发扬传统、坚定信念、执法为民”和政法干警核心价值观教育实践活动的有效举措,着力打造团结型、争创型、为民型、学习型、廉洁型,即“五型”领导班子,促进了检察工作科学发展。在2010年、2011年广西检察机关市(分)院绩效考评中,玉林市检察院分别名列全区第2名和第1名,在夸年上半年市检察院又取得了全区检察机关市(分)院检察业务绩效考评第1名的好成绩。团结型领导班子。认真贯彻民主集中制,凡是重大决策、重大项目、重要人事任免和大额度资金使用等,都通过党组会、检委会等形式科学决策;制定实施《玉林市人民检察院领导干部谈心谈话制度》,通过谈心谈话促进领导干部之间互相信任和支持;坚持五湖四海任人唯贤,在用人上体现团结。
