一、前言资料[1]介绍了富碲碲镉汞液相温度的测量方法。本文在此基础上为液相外延膜生长工艺的研究提供了富碲(Hg_(1-x)Cd_x)_(1-y)Te_y区域相图。为获得消除富碲存在时的过冷效应,本文采用动力学方法进行计算。所以本工作相图数据是在大量的热分析试验的基础上取得的。所得到的液相温度曲线复盖了(Hg_(1-x)Cd_x)_(1-y)Te_y组份中x=0.05~0.10;y=0.72~0.85区域,为液相外延膜正在进行的研究提供了根据。本文为确保数据的可靠性,对相图中的三
