作者对新品种砌炉瓷砖粉尘的生物侵袭性进行了实验研究,并对原料粉尘和成品粉尘的作用进行了对比。实验用粉尘的化学成分:配料含结合二氧化硅为57%,游离二氧化硅为3.2%,成品含结合二氧化硅为56.7%,游离二氧化硅为3.4%。实验动物选用体重120~160克的雌性大白鼠。染尘方法采用一次气管注入50毫克粉尘,分别在1、4 1/2、9个月后处死。取肺和气管旁淋巴结做组织学研究,并测总脂和羟脯氨酸含量。实验结果:砌炉瓷砖的配料和成品粉尘可在动物肺内引起具有尘肺特征的病变。在形态学上接近于矽肺——矽酸盐肺。
The authors conducted an experimental study on the biological invasiveness of a new breed of tile-fired tile dust, and compared the effects of raw dust and finished dust. The chemical composition of the experimental dust: ingredients containing 57% of bound silica, 3.2% of free silica, the finished product with bound silica 56.7%, 3.4% of free silica. Experimental animals weighing 120 to 160 grams of female rats. Dust method using a tracheal injection of 50 mg of dust, respectively, in 1, 4 1/2, 9 months after the death. Take lung and tracheal lymph nodes to do histological studies, and measured total fat and hydroxyproline content. Experimental Results: The ingredients and finished dust of tile-making furnaces cause lesions with pneumoconiosis in the animal’s lungs. Morphologically close to silicosis - silicate lungs.
