研究了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定钼铁中钼元素的方法。考察了溶样方法、雾化器选择、谱线选择对分析结果的影响,探讨分析测定的干扰因素和消除办法,进行准确度和精密度试验。结果表明:采用(1+3)硝酸加热溶解试样,试样溶解完全,准确度高,精密度较好,分析速度快,能满足快节奏的生产要求。
The method for the determination of molybdenum in ferromolybdenum by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) has been studied. The effects of the method of sample preparation, atomizer selection and spectral line selection on the analysis results were investigated. The interference factors and elimination methods were analyzed and the accuracy and precision tests were conducted. The results show that the sample is heated and dissolved by (1 + 3) nitric acid, the sample is completely dissolved, the precision is high, the precision is good, the analysis speed is fast, and the fast rhythm production requirement can be met.
