近年来,我省戏剧创作不尽如人意,上上下下都很着急。因此,如何抓好戏剧创作,尽快产生有代表性的戏剧精品,就成为今年的一个主要话题。 我们觉得,要抓好戏剧创作,首先要抓人;有人,才有作品。 从全国的状况看,近年来戏剧创作比较活跃,各项国家级戏剧大奖名列前矛的省市,大多与他们有一支稳定的、整齐的、高质量的创作队伍有关;一些原来在戏剧创作上比较沉寂的省市,近年来采取措施,集聚队伍,很快就出人意料地在全国崭露头角,使人刮目相看,这样的例子并不鲜见。 对照我省目前现状,我们的专业戏剧创作队伍近年来老化、衰化、散化,已到了令人触目惊心的程度;省直五大剧团目前没有一名专职编剧,省文化厅也没有一支专职的戏剧创作队伍,不少有戏剧创作能力的同志已封笔改行。全省十六个地市的戏剧创研室,有些已名存实亡,仅留下空壳;有些人员尚存,但由于种种困难,已无法进行正常的戏剧创作活动;大多数地市创研室五年来没有补充新的戏剧创作人员,队伍严重老化;能够达到老、中、青相结合,队伍比较整齐的戏剧创研室,在全省只有两三个。就是这样一支几近溃散的队伍,也没有得到充分的组织和重视,五六年来,我省没有组织过一次戏剧创作人员出省观摩,也没有组织过一次认真的专业培训和进修学习。绝大多数时候,我省?
