本文比较了外部形态和基本特性相似、而耐盐性有显著差异的3组共6个水稻基因型苗期对NaCl胁迫的不同反应,以盐害程度评级,相对生物量和鲜/干值等作为生长指标进行比较,证实耐盐基因型的耐盐程度显著地高于其对应的盐敏感基因型。析了水稻植株的Na~+、Cl~-含量,发现在NaCl胁迫下,耐盐基因型地上部的Na~+、Cl~-含量分别显著地低于其对应的盐敏感基因型。相关分析结果表明了稻株地上部的Na~+、Cl~-含量分别与上述三项生长指标高度相关,表明植株地上部Na~+、Cl~-含量可以作为水稻苗期耐盐性的一个生理指标。
In this paper, six rice genotypes with different salt tolerance were compared in response to NaCl stress at different seedling stages. The salt tolerance, relative biomass and fresh / dry value were compared As a comparison of growth index, salt tolerance of salt tolerant genotypes was confirmed to be significantly higher than their corresponding salt sensitive genotypes. The contents of Na ~ +, Cl ~ - in rice plants were analyzed. It was found that the contents of Na ~ + and Cl ~ - in shoots of salt - tolerant genotypes were significantly lower than those of corresponding salt - sensitive genotypes under NaCl stress. The results of correlation analysis showed that the content of Na ~ + and Cl ~ - in aboveground part of rice was highly correlated with the above three growth indexes respectively, which indicated that Na ~ + and Cl ~ - contents in shoot could be used as one of the salt tolerance in rice seedling stage Physiological indicators.
