目的:了解产科护士工作压力源,并探讨相应的对策。方法:参照国内常用护士压力源表设计富阳区第一人民医院护士压力源表,对富阳区第一人民医院产科50名护士进行不记名问卷调查,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:产科护士工作压力产生的根源包括超负荷的工作量、工作压力、社会压力、管理因素、职业暴露的危险性、护士自身素质等。结论:产科护士工作压力较大,压力源多种多样,医院及管理人员要予以足够的重视,针对不同的压力源积极采取相应的处理措施,减轻消除其身心压力,调动护士工作积极性,提高产科护理质量。
Objective: To understand the working pressure source of obstetric nurses and to explore the corresponding countermeasures. Methods: With reference to the pressure source table of nurses commonly used in China, the pressure source list of nurses in Fuyang First People’s Hospital was designed. Fifty nurses in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of First People’s Hospital of Fuyang District were investigated by anonymous questionnaire, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: The causes of job stress of obstetric nurses include overloaded workload, working pressure, social pressure, management factors, the risk of occupational exposure and the quality of nurses themselves. Conclusion: Obstetric nurses have a lot of work pressure and a variety of pressure sources. Hospital and management staff should pay enough attention to it, take corresponding measures according to different stressors, relieve their physical and psychological pressure, mobilize the work enthusiasm of nurses and improve obstetrics Nursing quality.
