最近发明一种称为差异表达的mRNA呈现技术,鉴别不同细胞群体间的基因表达质和量之差异。以其mRNA为模板进行PCR扩增所得到的mRNA3′末端片段可以快速进行序列分析,又可作为探针进行Northern或Southern杂交,用以确定和分离这些差异表达的基因种类。
Recently, a technique for mRNA expression called differential expression was invented to identify differences in the quality and amount of gene expression between different cell populations. The 3 ’terminal fragment of mRNA obtained by PCR amplification using its mRNA as a template can be rapidly sequenced and can also be used as a probe for Northern or Southern hybridization to identify and isolate these differentially expressed gene types.
