为了明确绿肥氮素在淹水条件下的矿化特征,采用培养试验和盆栽试验两种方法进行研究。结果表明,在20—30℃淹水培养条件下,加入土壤中的绿肥氮矿化率与有效积温(T—15)D的关系,符合y=K[(T一15)D]~n经验公式的规律。绿肥不同品种及不同生育期,其氮素的分解率及分解速率不同。绿肥氮的分解特征,主要由其化学组成所决定,绿肥中热水溶性氮的百分率与培养1000(日·度)有效积温时氮的矿化率之间相关密切。土壤中的绿肥加入量及土壤本身的物理化学性质对绿肥的分解率及分解速率也有影响。盆栽试验结果与培养试验结果相关良好,但绿肥在盆栽条件下的矿化率较培养条件下高。
In order to clarify the mineralization characteristics of green manure nitrogen under flooding conditions, two methods of culture experiment and pot experiment were used to study. The results showed that the relationship between the mineralization rate of green manure added to soil and the effective accumulated temperature (T-15) D under the condition of 20-30 ℃ flooding culture accords with the experience of y = K [(T-15) D] The law of the formula. The decomposition characteristics of green manure nitrogen are mainly determined by its chemical composition. The amount of green manure added in the soil and the physicochemical properties of the soil itself also have effects on the decomposition rate and decomposition rate of green manures. The results of pot experiment were well correlated with the results of culture experiment. However, the mineralization rate of green manure under pot culture was higher than that under culture condition.
