为了探讨经尿道激光术治疗Ⅱ度以上前列腺增生症的疗效，对经尿道激光３种术式（简称切割组、照射组、联合组）治疗１５８例Ⅱ度以上前列腺增生症（ＢＰＨ）患者进行比较，包括术后尿管留置时间、Ｉ－ＰＳＳ评分、残尿量、最大尿流率等，结果：联合组明显优于其它两组（Ｐ＜００１）。认为经尿道激光术是治疗ＢＰＨ非开放手术的主要方法之一。
