高水品研究型大学是具有教学、科研和社会服务三项职能的教育机构,这三项职能在西方的较发达国家已经全部实现体系化构建。经过几十年的不断努力和创新,我国高水平研究性大学体育教学已经基本上实现了教学和科研的体系化构建,但在社会服务体系化的构建上仍需努力。要想推进我国高水平研究型大学体育教学的社会服务体系化构建,需借鉴发达国家高校的以服务——学习为核心的系统创建社会服务体系,努力建设教学服务型大学,打造社会服务体系的骨干系统,建设社会服务性的高水平研究型大学,借此来优化高等学校的生态环境,同时要注意重视资源的转化,全面实现社会服务体系中各要素和各系统之间的有机联系。
The high water research university is an educational institution with three functions of teaching, research and social services. All three functions have been systematized in the more developed western countries. After decades of constant efforts and innovation, the physical education of high level research universities in our country has basically realized the systematic construction of teaching and scientific research, but still needs to work hard on the construction of social service system. In order to promote the systematic construction of social service of physical education in high level research universities in our country, we need to establish a social service system based on service-learning system in advanced countries and make efforts to build a teaching service-oriented university and build a social service system Backbone system and build a social service-oriented high-level research university to optimize the ecological environment of colleges and universities. At the same time, attention should be paid to the transformation of resources and the full realization of the organic links between the various elements of the social service system and the various systems.
