采用硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20柱层析法、反相硅胶柱色谱法进行分离,用质谱法、核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱法鉴定其化合物结构,从蒙药述达格-4(高良姜、紫硇砂、木香、石菖蒲)中分离得到7个单体化合物,分别为:为β-谷甾醇(1)、高良姜素(2)、山奈素-4′甲醚(3)、二氢高良姜醇(4)、苯甲酸(5)、香草酸(6)、二十烷(7),二十烷为首次从该复方药材中分离得到.鉴定的7个化合物均为首次从述达格-4有效部位中分离得到,为阐释蒙药述达格-4药效物质奠定了基础.
The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were identified by mass spectrometry, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance and nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) (Galangal, Aster sand, woody, and Acorus calamus) were isolated and identified as 7 monomer compounds, which were: β-sitosterol (1), galangin (2) 3), dihydro galangal alcohol (4), benzoic acid (5), vanillic acid (6), eicosane (7) and eicosane were isolated from this compound for the first time.The identified seven compounds For the first time isolated from the active part of Suda-4 was isolated for the interpretation of Mongolian drug described Dag-4 drug substance laid the foundation.
