通过对某钢厂滚动接触疲劳寿命较低的S55C轴承钢取样做蓝脆断口试验:SEM显微形貌分析和红外吸收光谱测定试样中碳、硫的不均匀度等理化特性分析,同时对该钢的宏观夹杂物进行测定,发现该钢半径1/2区域处的碳和硫等元素的含量较高,边部与心部都为负偏析,而且其断口SEM的显微形态上有硫化物的析出并伴随微区的沿晶断裂,从而找出了导致该钢疲劳寿命较低的主要原因。
Blue steel and brittle fracture test were carried out on a sample of S55C bearing steel with lower rolling contact fatigue life in a steel mill. Physical and chemical properties such as carbon and sulfur inhomogeneity were determined by SEM micrographs and infrared absorption spectrometry. The macro inclusions of the steel were measured and found that the carbon content of 1/2 area of the steel and sulfur and other elements higher content, the edge and the heart are negative segregation, and the microstructure of fracture SEM vulcanization The precipitation of the material along with the intergranular fracture of the micro-zone led to the identification of the main cause of the low fatigue life of the steel.
