[目的]探讨高迁移率族蛋白A1(HMGA1)在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及其临床意义。[方法]应用RT-PCR技术和免疫组化法检测38例卵巢上皮性癌组织中及44例正常卵巢组织中HMGA1 mRNA和蛋白的表达情况。[结果]HMGA1 mRNA和蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的阳性表达率均明显高于正常卵巢组织(P<0.01)。HMGA1蛋白在组织学分级G3癌组织中的阳性表达率高于在G1、G2级(P<0.05),在有淋巴结转移、脉管浸润的癌组织中的阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移、脉管浸润的癌组织(P<0.05)。[结论]HMGA1在卵巢癌组织中呈高表达,高水平HMGA1表达与肿瘤组织学分级、淋巴结转移、脉管浸润等一系列导致较差预后的临床病理因素相关,提示HMGA1的表达不仅有助于卵巢癌的诊断,也有助于预后的判断。
[Objective] To investigate the expression and clinical significance of high mobility group box A1 (HMGA1) in epithelial ovarian cancer. [Methods] The expression of HMGA1 mRNA and protein in 38 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma and 44 cases of normal ovarian tissue were detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry. [Results] The positive rates of HMGA1 mRNA and protein in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal ovarian tissues (P <0.01). The positive rate of HMGA1 protein in histological grade G3 cancer was higher than that in G1 and G2 (P <0.05). The positive rate of HMGA1 protein in cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion was higher than that without lymph node metastasis Tubular infiltration of cancer (P <0.05). [Conclusion] HMGA1 is overexpressed in ovarian cancer tissues. The high level of HMGA1 expression correlates with a series of clinicopathological factors such as tumor histological grade, lymph node metastasis and vascular infiltration, which lead to poor prognosis, suggesting that HMGA1 expression not only contributes to The diagnosis of ovarian cancer, but also contribute to the prognosis of the judgment.
