本文针对目前铁路企业在制定货物运输运价以及实施运价浮动方案中存在的问题,通过分析价格弹性对定价策略的影响,提出了对铁路货运运价的弹性进行了定量化分析的多元线性回归模型。该模型比较接近实际情况,可以计算置信度,并可以对每一个参数的相关性进行评估,去掉不相关或不太相关的自变量,对于铁路企业参与市场竞争,制定符合市场规律的货运运价或实施灵活的运价浮动方案具有一定的指导意义。
