我厂设备管理协会1985年成立以来,现有会员130人,下设前期、状态、机械、动力、电气以及非标设计等8个专业学组。工厂设协在厂长的领导和关怀下,配合行政在贯彻《设备管理条例》(简称《条例》),推进设备管理现代化,强化设备现场管理和设备综合管理,提高设备投资效益等方面发挥了重要作用。 几年来,我们的主要体会是: 1.加强设协自身建设,是发挥设协在企业设备管理中作用的重要前提 我厂设协成立以后,首先抓了自身的组织建设,在民主协商选举的基础上,成立了理事会,并分设秘书组、咨询组、技术组、管理组、培教宣传组以及组织组;第二,按每个会员的工作岗位和设备管理要求成立了8个专业学组,从而使设协工作与行政工作紧密结合起来,设协学术活动的成果,能及时供行政领导决策时参考;第三,按“三会”制度开好每年一次的设协年会、半年一次的理事会和每季一次的秘书长会议,以不断总结和提高设协工作。 在加强设协自身组织建设的同时,我们通过举办讲座、成果交流、学术研讨以及委外培训等多种形式,来提高会员的设备管理理论和实际工作水平,以适应设备管理发展的需要。 2.发挥设协作用,是深化工厂设备综合管理的重
