反应式步进电机是将电脉冲变成角位移或位移的元件,在数字控制和计算机控制中有着广泛的应用.实践中要求步进电机不仅能快速运转,而且要求步进电机能快速启、停.为了提高步进电机的快速性,当然步进电机本身的性能起着重要的作用,而合理的驱动电路和控制方式会使步进电机充分发挥效能,达到它可能的最高指标.本文分析了影响步进电机运转和启、停快速性的因素及启动和停止的动态过程;求出为了实现快速启、停所应加的理想控制脉冲规律,用简单的逻辑电路近似实现.
