为江苏宜兴抽水蓄能电站工程建设中钢岔管设计提供最佳岔管角度值 ,选择 64°,74°,84° 3种不同角度的岔管内水流的压力损失进行对比分析。计算中求解三维雷诺平均方程 ,并选择了 k- ε两方程湍流模型 ,采用 SIMPL E算法求解三维湍流方程。计算结果表明 ,通过对 3种不同角度的岔管内进出口处压力损失的比较 ,得出 64°岔管内的流动损失最小 ,为最佳方案 ,而且计算值与实验吻合得很好。
The best bifurcated pipe angle was designed for the design of steel bifurcation pipe in the construction of Jiangsu Yixing Pumped Storage Power Station, and the pressure loss of the bifurcated pipe in different angles of 64 °, 74 ° and 84 ° was compared and analyzed. In the calculation, the three-dimensional Renault average equation is solved, and the k-ε two-equation turbulence model is selected. The SIMPL E algorithm is used to solve the three-dimensional turbulence equation. The calculation results show that the best solution is the least flow loss in the 64 ° bifurcation pipe through the comparison of the pressure loss at the entrance and exit of the bifurcation at three different angles, and the calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental results.
