以大肠肠管长轴为纵轴在横、纵、水平三个相互垂直的方向上对大肠癌、腺瘤及自身正常粘膜组织取材和切片，随机确定视野，对腺体的体密度（Ｖｖｇ）、表面积密度（Ｓｖｇ）、比表面（Ｒｓｖｇ）、平均自由程（λｇ）４个腺体参数和细胞核的体密度（Ｖｖｎ）、表面积密度（Ｓｖｎ）、比表面（Ｒｓｖｎ）、核浆比（Ｒｎｐ）、平均自由程（λ）、平均体积（ｖ）、数密度（Ｎｖ）、平均曲度密度（Ｋｖ）、平均表面积（ｓ）９个细胞核参数以及核基距及核胞顶距进行了测试。结果：从不同方向对大肠癌、腺瘤及正常组织取材对以上１３个体视学参数和核基距的测试结果差异均无显著性；部分取材方向上核胞顶距测试结果的差异有显著性。结论：从横、纵、水平三个不同方向取材对Ｖｖｇ、Ｓｖｇ、Ｒｓｖｇ、λｇ、Ｖｖｎ、Ｓｖｎ、Ｒｓｖｎ、Ｒｎｐ、λ、ｖ、Ｎｖ、Ｋｖ、ｓ这１３个体视学参数及核基距的测试结果无显著影响；而对核胞顶距的测试结果有显著影响
Colorectal cancers, adenomas, and normal mucosal tissues were drawn and sectioned in the transverse, longitudinal, and horizontal directions perpendicular to each other along the long axis of the large intestine intestine, and the visual field was randomly determined to determine the body density (Vvg) of the glands. Conclusion: The 13 visual parameters and nuclear distances of Vvg, Svg, Rsvg, λg, Vvn, Svn, Rsvn, Rnp, λ, v, Nv, Kv, s were obtained from three directions of horizontal, vertical and horizontal directions.
