新千年伊始,瑞雪纷纷,人们呼吸到了一种令人兴奋的清新空气。2000年1月14日,中共中央总书记江泽民在中央纪律检查委员会第四次全体会议上发表了《治国必先治党,治党务必从严》的重要讲话。中央纪律检查委员会四中全会的公报同时也指出:2000年是实现十五大确立的反腐败工作目标的关键的一年,要坚持治党从严的原则,取得党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的新成效。江总书记的讲话在人们心中也激起了强大反响。人们在总书记的讲话中再次看到了党对惩治腐败的决心。腐败不除,民心不留;惩治腐败,民心所向!回顾这几年的中国反腐败历程,我们感到振奋,也体会到反腐败任务的迫切与艰难。
