我门使用Y7125齿轮磨床修磨圆盘式剃齿刀。由于剃齿刀是螺旋齿,齿宽方向的一端先同砂轮接触,然后才全长接触,同时由于刃磨时切削力不等,所以后退出砂轮的一端往往出现顶切现象。因此,在齿宽上各个不同剖面里(如图1),齿形误差各不相等,有的甚至超出允许公差范围。图2所示即为其剖面齿形,其中AA剖
Our door uses the Y7125 gear grinder to sharpen the disc shaving cutter.
