高校房产是高校教学、科研、文化等活动必备场所,是高校得以有序持续发展的物质基础,高校房产管理是高校国有资产管理的重要组成部分。近年来,高校的房产数量不断地增多,相应的,房产使用的需求和功能分类也在不断地增加。因而,如何控制房产使用的面积数,房产在承担学校的教学、科研、行政的职能时如何分配,房产使用效率问题和经济及社会效益问题随之出现。建设科学高校、公平合理的高校房产管理体系,改变高校房产使用过程中分配不合理、效益低下等问题,已经成为高校国有资产管理的一项重要任务。

The construction of scientific colleges and universities, the fair and reasonable college property management system, and the change of unreasonable distribution and inefficiency in the use of real estate in colleges and universities have become an important task in the management of state-owned assets in colleges and universities.
