我国儿科急诊医学水平与发达国家相比仍有一定差距,国内不同地区的发展也不平衡。儿科急诊医疗服务应覆盖全社会,包括各级医疗机构。在业务上各级医院分工协作,密切配合。不同级别的医院、人员和设备的配置应有不同侧重,合理规划可避免有限医疗资源的浪费。不论何时何地出现危重患儿,都应得到最及时的现场急救,最安全的转运及最合理的院内诊断、监护及治疗。及时准确的信息交流将在这一体系中发挥重要的作用。儿科急诊医学发展迅速,目前我国儿科急诊医学与世界先进水平的差距正在缩小。
The level of pediatric emergency medicine in our country still lags behind that of developed countries, and the development in different regions in China is not balanced. Pediatric emergency medical services should cover the whole society, including medical institutions at all levels. In the business division of labor at all levels of hospital collaboration, in close cooperation. Different levels of hospitals, personnel and equipment configuration should have different emphases, reasonable planning to avoid the waste of limited medical resources. Whenever and wherever critically ill children should be born, they should receive the most prompt on-site first aid, the safest transit and the most reasonable in-hospital diagnosis, custody and treatment. Timely and accurate exchange of information will play an important role in this system. The rapid development of pediatric emergency medicine, at present our country pediatric emergency medicine and the world advanced level of the gap is narrowing.
