通过试验研究了热剂切割弹中造气剂硝酸钾对切割弹切割性能的影响。试验结果表明:硝酸钾含量的变化影响切割剂的燃烧时间和孔洞宏观外貌。硝酸钾含量在4.8%~7.8%之间变化时,切割弹燃烧时间达5s以上;切割40mm×70 mm×10mm的Q235钢板的孔径为12~14mm、孔锥度为14~17°,切割效果最好。
The influence of potassium nitrate, a maker of gas-generating agent, on the cutting performance of cutters was studied through experiments. The experimental results show that: the change of potassium nitrate affects the burning time of cutting agent and macroscopic appearance of holes. When the content of potassium nitrate varied from 4.8% to 7.8%, the burning time of cutting bomb reached more than 5s; the cutting diameter of Q235 steel plate with 40mm × 70mm × 10mm was 12 ~ 14mm and the hole taper was 14 ~ 17 ° it is good.
