本文以女大学生为研究对象,通过对女大学生的心理特点及可能存在的心理问题的分析,提出了体育锻炼在提升女大学生心理健康水平方面所发挥的积极作用。
In this paper, the female students as the research object, through the psychological characteristics of women college students and psychological problems that may exist, put forward the physical exercise in improving the mental health of female students to play an active role.
