以黄顶菊种子为试材,研究了光照、光质、温度、重金属、pH值、NaCl、干旱等因子对其发芽率的影响。结果表明:光照、光质对黄顶菊种子发芽率影响不大;随着浸种温度的升高,种子发芽率逐渐降低;pH小于6或大于8时黄顶菊种子均不萌发,pH为6时发芽率最高;随着NaCl浓度的升高,黄顶菊种子的发芽率逐渐降低,当NaCl浓度达到0.20 mol/L时发芽率为43.77%;Fe2+和Mn2+降低种子的发芽率,Cu2+和Zn2+对发芽率影响不明显但对胚根的生长有着很强的抑制作用;黄顶菊种子的发芽率随水分渗透势的降低而降低;冷冻处理明显降低种子发芽率;不同除草剂对黄顶菊种子萌发抑制作用不同,效果依次为:百草枯>乙草胺>乙莠水>苯黄隆。总之,温度、重金属、pH值、NaCl、干旱、冷冻、除草剂均能不同程度的抑制黄顶菊种子的萌发。

In summary, temperature, heavy metal, pH, NaCl, drought, freezing and herbicide all inhibited the growth of flaveria bidentis seeds to varying degrees.
