当下,新型城镇化进程中的农村文化建设业已成为社会各界所普遍熟知与参与的共同性话题,针对新型城镇化进程中的农村文化建设见仁见智,提出了诸多可贵的意见。然而,在定位与根本问题上探讨还存在一定的不足。基于此,本文主要从新型城镇化进程对农村文化的定位,文化建设的根本进行一系列的探讨,以供政府机构管理人员和文化建设工作者参考。
At present, the construction of rural culture in the process of new-type urbanization has become a common topic commonly known and participated by all walks of life in the community. Based on the views of the rural cultural construction in the process of new urbanization, many valuable opinions have been put forward. However, there are some shortcomings in the exploration of positioning and fundamental issues. Based on this, this paper mainly discusses a series of discussions on the orientation of rural culture and cultural construction from the process of new urbanization for the reference of managers of government agencies and cultural construction workers.
