紫胶虫遗传育种工作在我国几乎还是空白。印度人在紫胶虫的育种方面做过的工作,主要是在紫胶虫种内不同品系间进行杂交。紫胶虫种间杂交的研究,国内外尚未见报道。 杂交育种是解决我国紫胶质量的有效途径之一。紫胶虫的种间杂交首先必须弄清杂交亲本双方能否进行交配,即在交配上有无障碍,生殖器是否吻合。为解决这个问题,我们对四种不同种的紫胶虫的雄性外生殖器进行了观察、比较,探讨了四种紫胶虫相互杂交的可能性,并进行了初步的杂交验证。
Genetics and breeding work in China is still almost blank. Indians have done work on the breeding of the lac bug, mainly crossing between different strains of the genus Iris. Studies on interspecific hybridization of shellac have not been reported at home and abroad. Hybrid breeding is one of the effective ways to solve the quality of shellac in our country. First of all, the interspecific hybridization of the lac insect must first make clear whether the parents of the hybrid can make mating, that is, whether there is an obstacle in copulation and whether the genitalia is consistent. In order to solve this problem, we observed and compared male genitalia of four different species of lacquers. The possibility of crossing four species of lacquers with each other was also discussed. Preliminary hybridization was also conducted.
