INTRODUCTIONrnDural sinus thrombosis(DST) is a seldom and special cerebrovas-cular disease in clinic, which can cause severe results such asblindness, coma and even death. Now there is no unitary treatmentplan for this special cerebrovascular disease. On the basis of re-trieving domestic and abroad documents about this disease, 3 pa-tients were given evidence-based treatment which adopted throm-bolytic therapy with urokinase continuous perfusion by artery, whichwas reported as following.rn
