以胶原蛋白、壳聚糖、纳米ZnO为原料,按不同比例共混后制备出三元复合膜。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)对其性能进行表征。经抗菌试验表明:复合膜对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有明显抑制效果,说明其具有良好的抗菌性。
Using collagen, chitosan and nano-ZnO as raw materials, ternary composite membranes were prepared by blending in different proportions. The properties were characterized by FTIR, XRD, SEM and AFM. The antibacterial test showed that: the composite membrane of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus significantly inhibitory effect, indicating that it has good antibacterial properties.
