目的探讨高频超声结合弹性成像对乳腺实质结节的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月—2015年3月该院收治的238例乳腺实质结节的患者,共263个实质结节,分别采用高频超声和弹性成像评分对每个乳腺实质结节的良恶性进行评价,经手术切除后行组织病理学检查,比较三种方法的检查符合率、特异度以及敏感度等。结果三种方法对乳腺实质结节良恶性评价的准确度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),高频超声结合超声弹性成像评分对乳腺实质结节良恶性评价的阳性似然比明显低于高频超声,高频超声结合超声弹性成像评分对乳腺实质结节良恶性评价的阴性似然比明显低于高频超声和超声弹性成像评分(P<0.05)。结论高频超声结合超声弹性成像评分可提高乳腺恶性结节诊断的敏感度,提高乳腺癌的早期检出率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the value of high frequency ultrasound combined with elastography in the diagnosis of breast nodules. Methods A total of 263 real nodules from 238 patients with breast nodules admitted from January 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were scored by using high frequency ultrasound and elastography scoring for benign and malignant nodules of each breast Were evaluated by histopathology after resection, compared with the three methods of checking compliance, specificity and sensitivity. Results There was no significant difference between the three methods in the accuracy of benign and malignant breast nodules (P> 0.05). The positive likelihood ratio of high frequency ultrasound combined with ultrasound elastography in the evaluation of benign and malignant breast nodules was significantly lower The negative likelihood ratio of high-frequency ultrasound and high-frequency ultrasound combined with ultrasound elastography score to the evaluation of benign and malignant breast nodules was significantly lower than that of high-frequency ultrasound and ultrasound elastography (P <0.05). Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound combined with elastography can improve the sensitivity of malignant nodules and improve the early detection rate of breast cancer, which deserves clinical application.
