江河源头、辽阔草原、圣洁雪山,雄奇秀丽的青海高原,孕育滋养了勤劳纯朴的人们。然而,正是由于这片土地的高远,草原深处、大山深处还有许多无电人口,翘首期盼着光明的到来。让全部无电人口用上电是我国“十二五”规划提出的目标,并写入了2015年政府工作报告。按照国家能源局统一部署,在地方各级政府的协调下,国网青海省电力公司(简称青海公司)忠实履行社会责任,两次投入到无电地区电力建设中,用忠诚、智慧和汗水兑现了自己的庄严承诺。
